Mary Potter Courts

Construction of 17 independent 2 bedroom villas for the Mary Potter Hospital Trust. The contract was completed on a staged and fast track basis. It required significant involvement and input in the conceptual and developed design stage from C. Lund & Son Ltd to ensure budgets were met and that it was known that the new units could be sold for a pre determined cost which was set prior to the commencement of final design and construction of the project.
