Conversion of the existing 28 level office building at 161 Cashel St Christchurch for the Hotel Grand Chancellor Group who operate hotel and conferece facilities throughout New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore.

158 hotel bedrooms, 12 self contained 2 bedroom serviced apartments, extensive conference facilities, administration offices, two kitchens , a restaurant and bar and reception areas were built and fully fitted out by C. Lund and Son within a fast track time frame. Work directly undertaken by our company included supply of all bedroom furniture, kitchen joinery, reception counters, partitioning , all carpentry and general builiding works.
