Avonside Girls High School

The complete structural upgrade and redevelopment of the main administration and classroom block at Avonside Girls High School was completed in three separate stages by C. Lund & Son Ltd, minimising disruption to the school year and school business.

Construction requirements included a complete strip out back to exterior walls, with new foundations and earthquake strengthening to the interior. A full fit out was completed in keeping with the style and age of this impressive building reinstalling salvaged/refurbished historic doors and stairwells which were combined with more modern finishes providing a school environment to compliment modern teaching requirements.
